Hello, my name is Ken. I am a United States Army veteran who served in the 24th Infantry Division from 1982 to 1985. I have been in the automotive repair industry for over 30 years with A.S.E. Master Mechanic Certification. I started out in small independent repair shops and learned from other seasoned mechanics who taught me the value of repairing automobiles right the first time. Since that time I have worked in Chevrolet, Oldsmobile and Cadillac dealerships in North Carolina and Tennessee as well as managing a shop for 3 years on my own. Chances are if it’s broken, Ive repaired it at some point in my career. I won’t “throw” parts at your vehicle hoping to fix the problem(s).
